bower vs rokinon 8mm fisheye lenses?

hi there. im a camera noob who wants to contribute in a fairly cheap fisheye. i came across two on overstock.com. the bower 8mm fisheye and the rokinon 8mm ultra afield aspherical fisheye. the price is almost the same, but i need help deciding which is beat. i have a canon 500D if that helps.
